А зачем из src.rpm, когда есть ms-fonts-ttf-1.0-alt12.noarch.rpm

Симлинк кривой? :) На самом деле ваш src.rpm предполагался
собираться с пакетом freetype (неужели там зависимости нет?)

А, ну тогда понятно - тут нужен пакет,
предоставляющий /usr/bin/ttmkfdir... (freetype).
