1) Можно сделать пакет, в котором в качестве "исходника" будет лежать
такой "неправильный" rpm, и там сделать подгонку под ALT. Именно так
собирается fglrx_glx.
2) Если нет проблем с зависимостями, можно поставить пакет с опцией
--noscripts, а потом руками доделать то, что должны были делать эти
скрипты.
