С этого нужно было начинать.
1.пропиши маршрут до впн-сервера
2.после установления впн-соединения, делай его дефолтом.
В другом твоём письме вроде всё правильно.
Если пинг есть, значит с маршрутизацией всё в порядке.
Если не работает смотри tcpdump или iptraf трафик на интерфейсе ppp0 и
анализируй.
