В текущих сборках ядер 2.4.x модуль pl2303 не поддерживает чип
PL2303HX - работают только более старые модификации PL2303. Проблема
в том, что для HX несколько изменилась процедура инициализации. Надо
портировать соответствующие изменения из 2.6.x...
