все проще - надо прочитать man apt, man apt-get, настроить sources.list (там
заранее почти все прописано) , apt-get update и apt-get install.

"собрать" - скомпилировать что-то новое, а "пересобрать" - скомпилировать у
себя уже собранное кем-то.
