Да с последним вообще всё плохо -- если правильно помню, уж им-то
хорошее время отдают по USSD или как его там. В трубе даже галка
есть -- "подводить часы" -- но то ли это про точное время per se,
то ли без учёта летнезимних катаклизмов -- в общем, ручками.
