Выделенка не так настраивается.
В /etc/ppp/options надо прописать:
/dev/ttyS0(1,2)
115200
твой_ip:ip_удаленной_системы
crtscts
mtu 576
mru 576
passive
defaultroute
modem
persist
-chap
-pap
asyncmap 0
lock
-detach
netmask 255.255.255.0
Потом добавить в /etc/fstab строку вида:
s1:2345:respawn:/usr/sbin/pppd /dev/ttyS1 115200
и перегрузить систему.
И, конечно, не забыть перевести модем на режим выделенки :-)
