Потому чта давно это было.

Там если в Makefile заглянуть, то можно найти какую-то переменную,
которая приводит к желаемому результату.
А где лежат заголовки ядра, узнать можно например, заглянув в пакет
kernel-headers -- что-то в районе /usr/include/linux-2.4.26-std-up (у
меня, как у вас посмотрите сами)
