Конкретно с Вашей вартой не знаю :-\
У меня дома GF-2 440MX (32 MБ) Лечилось откатом на драйвера версии 4496
(kernel-modules-nvidia-wks-up-1.0.4496)
С версией 5328 (по моему) была таже проблема.
