а man transport читали? а какой postfix ?
Почему у вас пользователь ищется на 192.168.200.1, который только пересылает
почту, и не имеет локального списка пользователей?

в transport:
mydomain.ru smtp:[192.168.A.B]
в скобках - адрес сервера с лотусом
использовать postmap
