Можно решать по разному.
1) Настроить APT на Сизиф, после чего сделать apt-get dist-upgrade.
Огрести все проблемы, о которых писали в списке sisyphus@, решить их,
после чего запомнить раз и навсегда, что Сизиф не для сервера и вообще
не для прользователя, только для разработчиков.
2) Взять пакеты из Сизифа (только SRPMS!), пересобрать под ALM2.2,
поставить
3) Поискать чужие бэкпорты новых версий на ALM2.2, начать с репозитария
