Угу есть такое.
Запускай minicom -m
Тогда комбинации клавиш сменятся на Escape + (что-то еще)
А комбинации по умолчанию с клавишей ALT не фунциклируют чего-то.
[vad@localhost vad]$ minicom -v
LANG/ja
LANG/ko
LANG/ru
minicom версия 2.1 (откомпилирован Aug 12 2003)
