Бр-р. На что ссылается /lib/modules/2.4.26-1cofa/build? А
/usr/include/linux? Смотреть лучше не по ls -l, а по realpath (на случай
многоуровневых ссылок).
У Вас явно что-то не то с kernel-headers.
