На хосте B поднять что-нить типа NRPE (Nagios Remote Plugin Executor)
и с хоста A отдавать команды хосту В на предмет мониторинга хоста С.
Либо сделать так, чтоб хост С сам отчитывался о своем состоянии хосту
А (passive checks в Nagios'e). Или между А и С вообще невозможно
прохождение пакетов?
