Эта версия lm_sensors не работает с ядром 2.6.6 - обновите её.

gkrellm лезет в sysfs напрямую, не используя libsensors. Если это
последняя версия из Сизифа - вешайте на него баг по поводу
неработоспособности с ядром 2.6.6.
