Хех, судя по http://www.holtmann.org/linux/bluetooth/devices.html этот донгл
поддерживается.
Попробуй почитать доки по адресу http://www.holtmann.org/linux/bluetooth/ и
поставь себе все bluez-* пакеты.
Для синхронизации контактов можешь попробовать ипользовать MultiSync.
