Да. Только средствами не fetchmail, а postfix. И, естественно, от
закачки заголовков писем это не спасёт.

В /etc/postfix/main.cf:
header_checks = regexp:/etc/postfix/header_checks
(имя файла, понятно, любое, а если нужен файл исключений в другом
формате --- то не regexp: а то, что нужно)
Примеры файлов исключений есть в /usr/share/doc/postfixXXXX/samples/
