я не спорю, что хорошая биллинговая система, использующаяся на предприятии/у
провайдера/другое, может стоит и дороже.
но в случае, если надо только посчитать самого себя, чтобы сравнить с
провайдером - платить $200 много.
так что цена не бывает раз и навсегда определенной. одна и так же цена для
одних - раз плюнуть, для других - непомерно дорого.
