Доброго Вам времени суток!
Кто-то сталкивался с подобной проблемой? После установки пакета fglrx X-ы работают замечательно, Tux летает, а не ползает (видеокарта Ati Radeon 9000), НО изображение на виртуальных консолях рассыпается даже не на квадратики, а на какие-то полосочки. Это же состояние остается после выхода из X-ов - невозможно прочитать системные сообщения при перезагрузке/выключении компьютера. Монитор LG F700P, в X86Config-4 для него написано следующее:

... (на старом драйвере работал с этими же параметрами)
Ядро kernel24-up-2.4.20-alt10, драйвер fglrx-2.5.1-alt1 (пересобрано из сырцов). Да, до загрузки X-ов изображение идеальное.
Не подскажете, чем лечить / какие логи читать?
