Читать RFC2045 - RFC2049 -- описание MIME. А в стандартах на формат
сообщения (RFC821/2821) и спецификации протокола SMTP (RFC822/2822)
требований типа "сохранять порядок следования вложений в теле сообщения"
я не нашел ... ;)
