Такой текст действительно имеется в configure.help от последних билдов
2.6. Точнее, там поддержка записи (судя по этому же тексту подсказки)
разрешает _только_ это. А в 2.4 все-таки оно обозначено Dangerous и
соответственно описано. Будет ли оно нормально обрабатывать "нерезидентные
атрибуты, если размер остается неизменным" - не уверен. Но в любом случае
стандартное альтовское ядро не подойдет (2km: или там все-таки это дело
включено??).
