Здравствуйте!
Возникла совершенно конкретная задача - просмотр картинки примерно
8000x8000 пикселов, TIFF, файл 23 Mb размером.
Обычные программы просмотра изображений (я пробовал gthumb и gqview)
пытаются загрузить всю картинку в память, и распаковать ее там, что
исчерпывает ОЗУ и swap, и процесс убивается ядром.
Смог просмотреть такую картинку только GIMP, причем при весьма умеренном
потреблении памяти (~45 Mb ОЗУ занял).
Вопрос к сообществу - посоветуйте программу просмотра, которая грузит
гигантские картинки по частям, и поэтому может их смотреть. А то
использовать для этого GIMP как-то не хочется.
