Spamassassin, как и SpamOracle работают через procmail.
В домике .procmailrc, либо гдето в /etc (где не помню) если хочешь что бы
оно было одно для всех, создаешь и говоришь в нем:
:0fw
* < 256000
| spamc
:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
/dev/null
Вот и все. А дальше уже Spamassassin обучаешь.
