Ну это само собой, конечно :)
Дальше, придется поправить пару файликов и настроить на автозапуск супердемона xinetd (если он еще не стартует автоматически)
chkconfig xinetd on
файлики следующие
/etc/xinetd.conf
здесь поправить строку only_from = X.X.X.X (вписать свою сеть)
/etc/xinetd.d/popa3d
заменить disable = yes на disable = no
Ну и (если нет желания перезагружаться) перезапустить xinetd: /etc/init.d/xinetd restart
