ИМХО PDC в Win сети будет не лишним. OpenLDAP скорее зависит от
количества пользователей. 15 пользователей можно и в файлах держать.

При такой постановке задачи кроме SAMBA тебе ничего и не нужно :)
Ну еще firewall настроить чтоб паранойя не дергала :)

Из Сизифа сервер не нужно обновлять.
