Смотрите лог про эти (нерассасывающиеся) письма.
Скорей всего zkb.ru была занята по той или иной причине (ну там не хватило
smtpd процессов или просто сеть пропадала), вот эти письма и ждут тайм-аута.

Насильно пропихнуть очередь можно командой:
