Ставь пакет rpm-build

Знаю я этот прикол. Ему нужно, чтобы в /usr/src/linux лежали хидеры ядра. А у тебя
они в /usr/lib/kernel/2.4.20-alt6. Так что
ln -s /usr/src/linux /usr/lib/kernel/2.4.20-alt6
либо запускай инсталлер с параметром --kernel-include-path=/usr/lib/kernel/2.4.20-alt6/include

В И-нете он тоже вряд ли найдет хидеры для
