Судя по ID, она должна поддерживаться именно указанным драйвером.
В принципе, есть еще 8139cp, можете попробовать с ним. У меня обратная
ситуация -- 8139cp не работает, хотя и декларирует обслуживание PCI ID,
соответствующего этой карте, а 8139too -- работает.
