У меня так же недавно сдох fujitsu при таких же обстоятельствах,
причем даже не распознавался после этого. По совету товарищей положил
его на ночь в морозилку, утром включил slave-ом и скопировал
почти все, что было нужно. Некоторые участки так и не
прочитались.
