Есть autospec -- http://freshmeat.net/projects/autospec/ (не путать с
autospec-ками из gbuild и SuSE). Сам я его не пробовал. Но наверняка
потребуется определённая доработка программы (написана на Python), в
частности для соответствия требованиям к spec файлам ALT Linux. Наиболее
интересным кажется поддержка совместной работы с installwatch,
особенно, если попробовать использовать его последние бета версии. В
них, правда, пока тоже хватает ошибок.
А вообще, IMHO, всё это не стОит затрат на доведение данного хозяйства
до ума. Проще сделать шаблон spec файла и пользоваться им.
