Ну, вообщето, ресурсы никогда лишними не бывают. Флешка может
лить в читале до 50МБайт (8 зарядов) и 200МБайт в секунду :) (32
заряда). У неё цикл блочного чтения в районе 20нс.

Сам не определился, если честно. Пока юзаем jffs2 и RAW-систему
(безо всего).
