В Саратове есть ленивые люди (ака Евгений Сучков), которым лень поднять
пятую точку и купить карточку интернет доступа. Они используют "анонимный"
доступ (когда звоонишь до определенного номера, без всяких препейдов и
т.д., а потом просто счет за услуги анонимного интернета включается в
оплату телефона с которого звонишь)!
Цены по карточкам/договорам вполне приемлимы.
