ifup ppp0, например. Для особо упорных kppp понадобится добить
пользователя в /etc/kppp.allow (afair).
Совет насчет chmod u+s /usr/sbin/pppd, надеюсь, устарел -- но я
диалапы давно не настраивал (домашний работает, а так выделенки)
