Если не одновременно - то не проблема. Указываешь в настройках тот модем,
которым хочешь звонить и вперед.
У меня kppp звонит либо /dev/ttyS1 - обычный модем, либо /dev/ircomm0 - GPRS
через IR-порт на USB шине.
