В linux машине настроить ip-tables (NAT) перевод Ip-tables
tutorial есть здесь можете брать в качестве примера

На Linux box поднимите кеширующий (режим по умолчанию) bind
или из Сизифа pdnsd. Включите IP forward.
На Windows машине в настрйках TCP/IP укажите IP адрес
внутренней сетевой Linux в полях шлюза по умолчанию и
сервера имён. Будет работать
