Курить man modules.conf и kernel-2.4.xx-docs/networking/e100.txt ;)
В modules.conf должно быть что-то типа:
options e100 e100_speed_duplex=4
Параметр e100_speed_duplex=4 означает 100Mbit, Full duplex. Подробности
ищи в файле e100.txt.
