Ну ему сказали не слушать сеть, он и не слушает. В документации
это ясно описано.
PS: кстати, бывает полезно взять "общую" часть жалобы, добавить
название софтины и спрсить google -- обычно на удивление быстро
помогает. В данном случае это (например)
