Очень просто.
# wine setup.exe
Только этот setup.exe должен лежать в каталоге, доступном wine.
Например, я так устанавливал 6 Лингву. Она хотела IE, пришлось
с виндовой машины экпортнуть в файл кусок реестра, описывающего
конфигурацию IE, потом этот файл импортнуть в реестр wine,
и все заработало.
Ну и чаcть своего рабочего софта я гоняю под wine.
