тем, что drm модуль собирали gcc-3.2. Имхо не совсем это правильно.

У меня с ядром 2.4.20-alt5 и fgrx drm наблюдаю kernel panic при выходе из
X-oв :(( Вдобавок, сломали radeonfb и tdfxfb. На 2.4.18 полет нормальный.
