Я плохо прочитал что вы работаете с redhat.
Там надо всё это определять, но я не знаю ничего.

Для ALT-дистрибутивов - категорически неправильно.
Для redhat - похоже, по-другому не умеют.

Не самый лучший вариант пользоваться для пакетов из Сизифа
rpm-build из redhat.
