А не проще ли сделать авторизацию на ftp?!
Т.е. рапределять кому что можно по логинам, с которыми юзеры
будут коннектиться на ФТП! В роли безликого пользователя будет
выступать пользователь anonymous! Если я правильно понял
проблему, то это и есть решение оной!
