хм.. наверно не совсем понятно обяснил... проблема не в том что
что-то нужно удалить и так далее (то что rpm -e все удаляет
знаю). проблема в том что apt ВООБЩЕ перестал работать с
локальным репозитарием. ни поиск, ни проверка не проходят. все
завершается такой ошибкой...
попробую запустить еще раз genbasedir, но что-то подсказывает что
это не в этом дело:(
