Все системы ext3 only (кроме тех где есть отдельный /boot - от ext2).
Если есть большая файловая помойка - имеет смысл ее сделать xfs.
reiserfs не доверяю.
Все написанное - мое ИМХО (но ext3 не глючил ни разу)
