Обрати внимание на опции в /etc/samba/smb.conf
security = user
password server = <NT-Server-Name>
В случае с PDC == SAMBA - работает, с вынью не знаю.
А вот насчет инета... самба тут тебе точно не из той оперы.
Ставь прокси в бровзере.
