Хе-хе. Наш провайдер (Связьинформ) считает трафик даже если я у него
с ftp что-нибудь заберу. И у него вообще нет такого понятия
дешевый/дорогой трафик. Есть просто трафик. И плевать они хотели
на всякие АТМ. :-)))
