Так этому народу просто надо ставить не современные
офисные дистрибутивы Linux, рассчитанные, всё-таки, на
технику раза в четыре мощнее, а что-то типа Gentoo или
других "лёгких" вариантов. Потом, в отношении
дистрибутивов типа Мастера я соглашусь --- там
обязательно нужен вариант установки, рассчитанный на
слабые машины, и соответствующее ПО. Но в Junior'е,
опять-таки, требование размера... Положить в
дистрибутив можно один OO объёмом под 100М или такой же
объём облегчённых программ для слабых машин. Выбор, я
так понимаю, делается исходя из средневзвешенного
уровня техники у целевой аудитории. А всю возможную
аудиторию таким дистрибутивом всё равно не охватить.
