Запросто. В любом WM. Просто скажите какая у Вас операционная
система.
Если Junior или Master -- создайте файл, который будет выполнять
эти программы в ~/Desktop/Autostart
Все файлы (с правами на исполнение?) из этой диры будут
исполняться при запуске WM.
Если текущий Sisyphus -- все то же самое в ~/xsessions.d
Например:
[maga@master .xsession.d]$ cat ./some_staff
xxkb &
xscreensaver &
xset m 3 1
# FancyLauncher &
[maga@master .xsession.d]$
