Запустить ntsysv и посмотреть, проставлена ли птичка для popa3d.
Далее сходить посмотреть /etc/xinetd.d/popa3d и проверить,
прописано ли disable = no. Ну, и в xinetd.conf посмотреть, кто
стоит в only_from
Если редактировали, то service xinetd restart.
Замучили советами?
