Нет, тема эта интересна -- например, мне. Я пробовал в ней разобраться,
но существенного успеха мне добиться не удалось.
А почему интересно? Потому что есть типичная задача. Канал: либо модем
33.6Kbps, либо выделенная линия 128Kbps. И надо пускать одновременно
sshd, ftp, rsync, gnutella, ip-телефонию. И нужно, чтобы ssh всё
остальное вышибала, иначе получается отклик по несколько секунд.
Как я понял, входящий трафик ограничить гораздо сложнее, чем исходящий,
поэтому, видимо, на модеме 33.6Kbps у меня ничего хорошего не
получилось. А всё же интересно было бы увидеть правильный пример с
комментариями.
