Я сегодня добрый, поэтому залез на ftp и нашел для Вас эту ссылку:

Это потребовало чуть меньше 2-х минут, хотя я не имею никакого отношения
к ALT Linux Team и пользуюсь Мастером, а не Юниором.
ЗЫ Раскройте, пожалуйста, секрет - что это за модем такой?
